LEGAL NOTICE
All artwork is protected under § 2 of the Norwegian Copyright Act (Åndsverkloven).
The artist (HeadlessTia) retains all rights unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or commercial use without written permission is a violation of copyright law and can result in legal action.
USAGE RIGHTS
All commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless a commercial agreement has been made in advance.
If you wish to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g. merchandise, branding, monetized content, prints, etc.), you must discuss this with me beforehand and pay an additional commercial use fee.
This fee typically ranges from 2x to 3x the base price, depending on the type of usage and distribution.
You are not allowed to sell, reproduce, or profit from my work without my written permission.
Commercial use also requires visible credit to me as the original artist (e.g., “Art by @headlesstia”).
Failure to comply with these terms may result in legal action under applicable copyright laws.
You may not edit, remove, or alter my watermark or signature. Do not repost my art without visible credit.COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP
As the artist, I retain full copyright to all commissioned works. This means I can share the artwork in my portfolio or on my social media, unless you request otherwise beforehand. You may not claim the art as your own or trace it. Commercial use does not transfer copyright unless a separate buyout is agreed upon.REVISIONS & EDITS
All commissions include a sketch phase where you can request unlimited changes. Once the line art or coloring has begun, only minor adjustments are allowed. Any major changes after that point may cost extra. I’ll always check with you before adding fees for changes. Please be as clear as possible during the sketch phase to avoid misunderstandings.TURNAROUND TIMES & DEADLINES
Turnaround time varies based on the complexity of your piece and my queue, but most commissions are delivered within 1–2 weeks. I will let you know if there are any delays. Commissions may take shorter. If you need your piece by a specific date, please mention it before payment.
I may offer a rush fee if I’m able to accept it. I do not take same-day or next-day commissions.AI & NFT POLICY
You are strictly prohibited from using any of my artwork, including commissioned pieces, for anything related to artificial intelligence (AI) or NFTs (non-fungible tokens). This includes uploading my art to AI databases, using it to train AI models, generating altered versions using AI tools, or converting the work into NFTs for sale or trade. Even if you’ve purchased a commission, I retain all rights to the artwork, and such uses are not authorized. Any attempt to use my work in connection with AI or NFTs, or to profit from it through such platforms, may result in legal action.
